We stay here every time we visit the Moab area. Its out of the way but not too far to load up and hit the trails. Always clean and easy to check in and out. Well stocked. I like the different options in size for the houses to accommodate different group numbers.

Preston / Nutter House
House is clean and comfortable, great communication with host. Only one thing we didn't like is train track very close to the house and trains are running several times every night

The tent itself was nice and clean, and the property generally seemed nicely maintained.
